 ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

• Online orders are made by adding items to your shopping cart. Online payments are made trough Authorize.net.
• Phone orders MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express/Diners Club , COD, personal check and money order payments are accepted.
• On credit card orders, we need your card number and expiration date.
• International Orders must be paid in US Funds.
• Any Returned Check is subject to a $25.00 fee.
• C.O.D. orders are only available in the U.S.

All prices in the printed catalog and online catalog are subject to change without notice. We try to keep our prices as low as possible and hold price changes to a minimum.

 SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders are shipped by Fedex by default.
• Parcel Post shipping in the U.S. is by request only or to Post Office Boxes.
• Online shipping charges are an estamate based on current UPS Rates any over charges will be refunded. Shortages will be billed before parts are shippd.
• On all orders outside the U.S., we will calcuate the Shipping charges and an invoice will be sent before parts are shipped.
• We do not charge for boxing any parts. All cartons and packing material supplyed for free.
• UPS weight limit in the U.S. is 150 lbs.

 CUSTOM ORDERS

• We can make custom parts for most models of cars.
• Custom orders are made after hours on a first come first serve basis.
• Call for a quote on what part you need. We may require a sample or drawing depending on the part.
• Some custom orders can take up to a year to fill depending on the job. We never know exactley how long it can take when you place the order. Please order before you need the part.
